- Maryland Income Tax Incentive – Members with at least three years of service can receive a $4,500 Maryland state tax credit each year.
- Length of Service Retirement Program (LOSAP) – After 25 years of credited service and age 55, members receive supplemental retirement income from Harford County.
- Life & Accident Insurance – All members are covered by free life insurance and Workman’s Compensation while performing Fire Company duties.
