Our community hall was designed with flexibility and comfort in mind. With seating for up to 140 guests, the space can easily transform to match the style and flow of your event—whether you’re hosting a celebration, meeting, shower, luncheon, or community gathering.
Bright, open, and accommodating, the hall offers plenty of room for seating, food service, mingling, or presentations. Tables and chairs can be arranged in a variety of layouts, making it simple to tailor the room to your needs.

Food & Catering Guidelines
We welcome outside catering and make it simple to serve your guests while following our safety and facility guidelines.
- No alcohol permitted
- Outside catering permitted
- All food must be prepared off-site
- Oven available for warming only
- No on-site cooking or open flames
Rental Policies
To ensure an enjoyable, safe experience for everyone, please review and follow our rental requirements.
- All guests must exit by 10:00 PM
- Events must follow AFC facility rules
- Reserve adequate setup & cleanup time
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Event Booking & Payment Policy
The following payment requirements apply to all hall rentals to confirm and secure your reservation.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of invoice receipt to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
- If payment deadlines are not met, we reserve the right to release the date and make it available to other parties.
