DESCRIPTION:Abingdon Fire Company is hosting American Heart Association (AHA) certification courses open to the public. These hands-on classes are ideal for community members\, caregivers\, coaches\, and anyone looking to gain or renew lifesaving skills. \nAHA Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR & AED \nTime: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM\nThis course includes: \n\nAdult\, child\, and infant CPR\nAutomated External Defibrillator (AED) training\n\nParticipants will receive their AHA certification card/certificate at the end of class. \nAHA Heartsaver First Aid \nTime: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM\nCovers essential first aid skills for responding to common emergencies. \nCertification Details \n\nEach certification is valid for 2 years\nCourses may be taken individually or together\n\nFees \n\n$30 per course\n$60 for both CPR/BLS and First Aid\nPayment: Cash (preferred) or Check\n\nRegistration \nEmail to register: dragumfire4@gmail.com \nSpots are limited—register early and get certified with training led by experienced fire service professionals.
