The reception hall has a capacity for 149 people.
 
Weddings and catered event capacity is limited to 120 people.
 
Weekend hall rental rate is $150.00 per hour. This includes Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.
 
Weeknight hall rental rate for Homeowners Association meetings is $100.00 for up to 3 hours. Meetings must take place between the hours of 6PM and 9PM.
 
Weekday rates, Monday through Thursday 9am to 4pm, will be determined by the type of function and number of guests expected.
